Welcome to Free Clover (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or any Clover equipment or support we provide, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Overview of Our Service

Free Clover provides merchant services, Clover POS devices, installation, menu and inventory buildout, staff training, account setup, and ongoing support. Certain device programs may include zero-cost or subsidized hardware options when paired with approved merchant accounts.

 

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Operate a legitimate business in the United States.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.

 

3. Equipment & Software

Clover devices provided through Free Clover remain subject to the terms of the Clover platform, Fiserv, and any associated merchant account agreements.

We do not modify Clover hardware or software.

All devices must be used according to Clover’s guidelines and the processor’s requirements.

 

4. Merchant Accounts

Activation of equipment may require approval through a third-party processor.

Rates, fees, and program eligibility depend on underwriting.

We do not guarantee approval.

 

5. No Hidden Fees Policy

We strive for transparency and do not charge surprise fees outside what is disclosed during onboarding.

However, merchant account fees, chargebacks, regulatory fees, and card-brand fees may apply per industry standards.

 

6. Support & Training

We provide hands-on support through installation, menu build, staff training, and ongoing troubleshooting.

Support availability may vary by region.

 

7. Termination of Service

You may discontinue service at any time by closing your merchant account per the processor’s requirements.

Returning or replacing hardware is subject to the terms of the hardware program you selected.

 

8. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate business information and maintain updated contact details.

We are not liable for losses resulting from outdated or inaccurate information you provide.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Lost profits, business interruption, or data loss

  • Decisions made using our recommendations or support

  • Issues arising from third-party platforms (Clover, Fiserv, card brands, etc.)

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Updates will be reflected with a new “Last Updated” date.
